Yes, you can. There's a caveat, You have to be booking for 6 hours and above.
However, only one airport trip is allowed in our 6 hours service. Any service that has to leave abuja metropolis can only be covered in 9 hours booking and above

Yes, you can. Each extra hour will be charged at 3000 naira per hour for Business class, 6000 naira per hour for Luxury class and 7000 naira per hour for SUVs
